MINIMUM ORDERS, DELIVERY & CHARGES & CURRENT OPERATIONS

 

Since the Covid 19 Pandemic has engulfed NYC, Bourke Street Bakery has had to adapt to make sure you guys get the food you love while ensuring everyone’s safety. Things are changing very quickly. We are a family business, a small dedicated team – it goes without saying it’s not ‘business as unusual’ for everyone through this deadly scourge … So please be patient with this evolving delivery/ pick up model. Here is the latest:

 

·        Currently we are pre orders only through the online store on our website. You can choose pick or delivery. If you choose pick up, please respect social distancing and keep 6 feet away from other customers in the line outside the store.

·        If you are a DELIVERY customer WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES – you will definitely receive your order that day – we will try get things to you as early as possible but we can not at present time track deliveries accurately for you.  If you’re stressed about time perhaps order elsewhere for now – we don’t want to disappoint you. We are working hard to improve this but this but this is where we are at for now.

 

CURRENT DELIVERY CHARGES for regular pre orders:

 

Manhattan:

·        If you live in Manhattan: from Battery Park up to 77th Street (approx. 3 miles from BSB)– there is no minimum amount for your order. There is a flat fee of $10 for delivery.

·        From 77th up to 168th Street including the Bronx, Yankee Stadium, Washington Heights we can deliver to you for a flat fee of $15. Minimum order is $100.

 

Brooklyn:

·        We can deliver to you for a flat fee of $15. Minimum order is $100.

The following neighbourhoods are included (15 miles from BSB): Bed Stuy, Clinton Hill, Bushwick, Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, Sunset Park, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Crown Heights, Park Slope, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Flatbush, as far as Ridgewood and Burrough Place.

 

Jersey:

·        We can deliver to you for a flat fee of $15. Minimum order is $100.

The following neighborhoods are included: Jersey City, Hoboken, as far as Journal Square.

 

Queens:

·        We can deliver to you for a flat fee of $15. Minimum order is $100.

The following neighborhoods are included: Long Island City, Astoria, Ditmas Woodside – no further than the Interstate 278.

 

DELIVERY & CHARGES FOR BSB ESSENTIAL BOXES:

BSB Essential Boxes can be delivered to your home on a dedicated day for your neighbourhood. They cost $80 each and are full of fruits, vegetables, bread, pastries & other essentials changing weekly. There are no substitutions or changes to these boxes. You may add additional BSB products to your order.

 

The Essential Boxes are currently being delivered as part of an optimized route for your burrough. They will leave the bakery early in the morning so the time it arrives at your home will be different from week to week.

Delivery for these boxes is a flat fee of $10 per customer. 

 

Currently the delivery schedule is:

Tues: Manhattan (delivering throughout Manhattan up to 110th Street)

Thursday: Brooklyn (no further than Burrough Place)

Fri: Manhattan (delivering throughout Manhattan up to 110th Street)

Sat: Queens & Brooklyn (we’ll see how we go!)
