Half Pinot Noir the rest is a combination of various Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Graciano, Syrah and Nebbiolo grapes sourced from both Oregon and Washington. 80% Gamay, 20% Loin de L’Oeil from 30yo vines grown in clay and limestone in the Côtes du Tarn region of France by winemaker Romain Plageoles and his wife Fanny Papelard. Romain primarily takes care of the vines, and Fanny works in the cave during harvest with the fermentations. All the wines are vinified at the Plageoles winery. The Plageoles family has been influential on the winemaking in the Gaillac region, with Romain continuing the legacy. Grapes are hand-harvested left as whole bunches. The bunches ferment carbonically in fiberglass tanks. This wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with a small addition of sulfur at bottling. 100% organic$20.00 -

A fresh, fabulous sparkling wine from Swick Wines in the Willamette Valley grown by winemaker Joe Swick, a 5th generation Oregonian, born and raised in Portland, who works only with sustainable or organically farmed vineyards that are not irrigated, from cooler climate locations. Pinot Noir, Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Roussanne grapes. The Pinot Noir grows in the Willamette Valley at 600 feet of altitude, the remaining grapes are from the Columbia Valley at 1,600 feet elevation. A small sulfur addition before bottling is the only addition to this wine. No temperature control, native yeast only. No filtration. 100% organic.$36.00 -
